Overview
The Infinix Zero Flip is a mid-range phone from Infinix, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 349 (about $495), up to about JOD 399 for higher storage — also an estimate — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: its strong 50 MP selfie camera, and its vivid OLED display. Its chipset is mid-tier (60/100 on our spec-based index) — the usual class for social media, video, photos and light games.
Performance-index rank: #7 of 152 Infinix phones we list.
Why consider it?
The Zero Flip is the cheapest way into the clamshell shape: a 6.9-inch LTPO inner screen, a 3.64-inch 120Hz cover screen, a 4720mAh battery and 70W charging — numbers above what flip phones normally offer, at ≈ 349 JD.
Who it suits
Someone who genuinely wants a phone that folds down to half its size in a pocket and accepts a weaker processor as the price of that shape.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone buying on value-per-spec — the same ≈ 349 JD buys conventional phones with considerably more processor and battery.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
Clamshells usually pay for their shape twice: in battery capacity and in a cover screen too small to be useful. Infinix reduced both bills. The battery is 4720mAh with 70W charging, and the 3.64-inch cover display runs at 1056x1066 and 120Hz, the same refresh rate as the main panel rather than a notification strip.
The inner display is a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED at 1080x2640, 413ppi and 1400 nits. Infinix describes the hinge as zero-gap and claims a minimal crease, but publishes no fold-cycle rating on the spec sheet and no IP rating whatsoever — a meaningful omission on a device with a moving part in it.
The Dimensity 8020 is built on 6nm with four A78 cores at 2.6GHz, four A55s and Mali-G77 MC9 graphics. That is respectable, but it is a 2022-generation part and the gap shows against a conventional phone at the same price.
The cameras are better than you might expect: a 50MP main sensor (GN5) at f/1.88 with optical stabilisation, plus a genuine 50MP ultra-wide covering 114.5 degrees — two full-resolution lenses rather than one real camera and a filler. The 50MP front camera has autofocus and shoots 4K/60, with 4K/30 from the rear.
RAM is 8GB with a 16GB virtual extension borrowed from storage, 5G is fully supported across sub-6 bands, and there is no 3.5mm jack, so headphones are USB-C or wireless.
The rest is current: Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, an X-axis vibration motor, 195g, 7.64mm open and 16.04mm folded — roughly double the thickness when shut, which is the nature of the shape rather than a fault in it.
Alternatives worth comparing
- Oppo Find N2 — If folding is the point, the Find N2 at ≈ 349 JD gives you the book shape with a 7.1-inch inner screen and a far stronger Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, in exchange for a 2022 device, a 4520mAh battery and a bigger object in your pocket. (349 JOD · estimate)
- Realme GT 7T — The honesty test: for the same ≈ 349 JD and no hinge you get a Dimensity 8400 Max and a 7000mAh battery — performance and endurance on a different level entirely, in an ordinary full-size phone. (349 JOD · estimate) full comparison ›

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
If the folding shape is what you are actually buying, this is the cheapest door into it, and the battery, charging and cover screen soften the usual clamshell compromises. The honest limit: how the hinge holds up and how visible the crease becomes after a year is not something a spec sheet can tell you, and we have not tested this phone.

Phones JO index (spec-based)
What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 4,720 mAh — a mid-size capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 70W — among the fastest around (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: Foldable AMOLED, 6.9-inch — an OLED panel (true blacks, higher contrast than LCD).
Camera: 50+50 MP (2 lenses) plus a 50 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- 4720mAh with 70W charging, above the norm for clamshells, which usually sacrifice battery capacity to make room for the hinge.
- The 3.64-inch cover screen runs 1056x1066 at 120Hz and 1100 nits behind Gorilla Glass Victus 2 — large enough to actually use while the phone is shut.
- 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage as the only configuration, and a 50MP autofocus selfie camera that records 4K at 60fps.
Cons
- Infinix's Zero Flip spec sheet lists no IP rating for water or dust at all, even though Infinix publishes IP54 on much cheaper phones in the same lineup.
- The Dimensity 8020 is a 6nm chip with A78 cores at 2.6GHz — an older generation than what the same money buys in a phone that does not fold.
- Only 8GB of RAM, and the published software commitment is upgrades to Android 16 and three years of security patches.
