What data do we collect?
Phones JO is a free research and comparison site with no account or payment form. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and use of site tools. The service may use cookies and identifiers according to its settings and policies.
Local Storage
We store on your device — locally only, never sent to us or to any server — the following: dark/light mode, Beginner mode, your view preference (grid or list), the filters you picked, your favourites list, the phones you recently opened, your recent comparisons, the terms you last searched for on the site, and a one-time hint about the favourites button. You can clear all of it at any time from your browser settings (clear site data), and it is gone.
Analytics and advertising
Advertising scripts are disabled. Our custom search events record result counts and query length, without the typed text in the event. We also measure comparison use, sharing and opening specification sources; these events do not ask for your name or phone number. See how Google uses data from partner sites for details about the analytics service.
External links
Our external links are limited to manufacturers' official specification pages and to Google's policy pages — we publish no store links, no sales links and no affiliate commissions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their policies when you visit them.
Price accuracy — disclaimer
The prices and specs shown are approximate and for guidance only, and may change at any time without notice. Always confirm the final price with the store before buying.
