Overview
The Oppo F25 Pro 5G is a lower mid-range phone from Oppo, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 159 (about $225) — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: its strong 32 MP selfie camera, and its vivid OLED display. Its chipset is entry-level (48/100) — for messaging, browsing and video; heavy gaming is not its territory.
Performance-index rank: #62 of 262 Oppo phones we list.
Why consider it?
This is not a design of its own: OPPO launched it in India on 29 February 2024 under model code CPH2603 - the identical code printed on the Reno11 F 5G it sells in the Gulf. Same chip, same panel, same battery, same lenses; the name changes with the market.
Who it suits
A buyer who wants the largest AMOLED they can get with 67W charging and an IP65 body at ≈ 159, and who uses the camera for everyday records and 4K clips.
Who should look elsewhere
Not for zoom or for serious night photography, and not for anyone set on large storage, since the base configuration is 128GB.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
OPPO's Indian release pins down the date and the pitch: launched on 29 February 2024, sold as the slimmest 5G phone with an IP65 rating. The numbers underneath that pitch are 7.54mm, 177g, a polycarbonate frame reinforced with glass fibre, and twice-reinforced Panda Glass over a 6.7-inch panel with a 93.4 percent screen-to-body ratio.
That panel is a flexible OLED at 2412x1080 and 394ppi, stepping between 60, 90 and 120Hz, published at 500 nits by default, 900 in high-brightness mode and 1,100 as a local peak. The chip is a Dimensity 7050 with Mali-G68 MC4 graphics, memory is LPDDR4X, storage is UFS 3.1 in 128GB and 256GB versions with a memory-card slot retained. The cell is 5,000mAh typical, 4,880mAh rated, with 67W SUPERVOOC.
OPPO rarely names its sensors and here it does: a 64MP OV64B at 1/2 inch and f/1.7 with no OIS, an 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide covering 112 degrees, a 2MP OV02B10 macro that works from 4cm, and a 32MP IMX615 up front. 4K capture runs from both ends, and OPPO adds AI Smart Image Matting, which lifts a subject out of a picture in one tap and saves it as a transparent PNG - a ColorOS 14 feature rather than a lens.
The point that has to be said plainly: this phone and the Reno11 F 5G carry the same model code, CPH2603, on OPPO's own two pages, so choosing between them is a pricing exercise rather than an engineering one. The only visible divergence in the tables is NFC, which the Indian sheet omits and the Gulf sheet lists - worth confirming on the specific unit in front of you.
Alternatives worth comparing
- Moto G75 5G — For roughly the same money (≈ 159) you get a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 and an index of 52 against 48, on a price we have actually observed rather than estimated; the trade is a two-camera rear (50+8) and a larger, heavier 6.78-inch body. (159 JOD · estimate) full comparison ›
- Redmi Note 12 Pro+ — If the camera leads your list: ≈ 158 buys a stabilised 200MP sensor on a Dimensity 1080; the catch is that it is a 2023 model with an index of 46, so you trade recency for the stronger main lens. (158 JOD · estimate)

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
It makes sense at ≈ 159 if what you are buying is screen, charging, slimness and a body that shrugs off dust and spray, and if you accept that the photography stops at one genuinely useful lens. Where a price gap opens between this and the Reno11 F 5G, the choice is pure arithmetic, because the hardware is one and the same. Its real limit is the unstabilised main camera: video is handheld without optical help, and night shots lean on processing more than on glass.

What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 5,000 mAh — a large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 67W — among the fastest around (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: AMOLED FHD+, 6.7-inch — an OLED panel (true blacks, higher contrast than LCD).
Camera: 64+8+2 MP (3 lenses) plus a 32 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- OPPO names the sensors outright: an OV64B 1/2-inch main at f/1.7, a Sony IMX355 ultra-wide on a 16mm lens, an OV02B10 macro that focuses from 4cm, and an IMX615 selfie camera on a 21mm lens
- 4K recording works from the rear and the front camera alike, which is not a given at this level
- OPPO's own launch material calls it the slimmest 5G phone carrying an IP65 rating: 7.54mm and 177g, with a glass-fibre-reinforced polycarbonate frame and twice-reinforced Panda Glass
Cons
- The Indian table for this model never mentions NFC, while the Gulf table for its twin lists it as supported - a genuine split between two units sharing the code CPH2603
- The 64MP main has no optical stabilisation, the third lens is a 2MP macro and there is no telephoto, so every zoom is a digital crop
- Dimensity 7050 and a spec index of 48 out of 100: fine for daily use, not a chip for heavy games at high settings
