Overview
The Oppo Find X8s is an upper mid-range phone from Oppo, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 619 (about $875) — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: ultra-fast 80W charging, and its sharp, bright display. Its chipset sits in the top tier (91/100 on our spec-based index) — the class usually chosen for heavy gaming, video editing and intensive use.
Performance-index rank: #6 of 262 Oppo phones we list.
Why consider it?
OPPO's attempt to fit three 50MP cameras, a 5700mAh battery and wireless charging into a body built around a 6.32-inch screen, from ≈ 619. The catch is where it is sold: the Find X8s is a Chinese release with no presence on OPPO's English global site and none among its Middle East models.
Who it suits
A buyer who specifically wants a small phone without giving up a full flagship camera set, and who is fine with importing and with the Chinese ColorOS build.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who watches or games for hours and wants a big display, or who requires official regional service and warranty cover.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
The idea behind the Find X8s is easy to state: rather than making the small phone a trimmed-down version of the big one, OPPO puts the whole kit inside it. Three rear lenses, every one of them 50MP - an f/1.8 24mm-equivalent main with two-axis OIS, an f/2.0 15mm-equivalent ultra-wide covering 120 degrees with autofocus, and an f/2.8 85mm-equivalent telephoto with OIS - all in a body built around a 6.32-inch screen. The front camera is 32MP at f/2.4 and 21mm equivalent, and OPPO's page states outright that it does not support autofocus.
The battery is 5700mAh typical, 5560mAh rated, which is a lot for this size, and charging runs 80W wired, 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless. The chip is a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+, eight cores peaking at 3.73GHz, and the panel is AMOLED at FHD+ 2640x1216 and 460 PPI, capped at 120Hz with a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Ingress protection is IP68.
One correction is due: our sheet described the display as 1.5K, while OPPO writes it as FHD+ 2640x1216 and never uses that label.
The biggest constraint sits outside the spec table. This model launched in China alone, and its English page on OPPO's global site does not exist. In practice that means a private import, ColorOS in its Chinese build, and no dealer warranty. We have not handled a Find X8s ourselves, the numbers above all come from OPPO's Chinese page, and the price we show is an unverified estimate.
Alternatives worth comparing
- Vivo X200 Pro mini — The closest rival in the small-phone bracket: the Vivo X200 Pro mini pairs a 6.31-inch screen with a 5700mAh battery and three 50MP lenses of its own, for slightly more (≈ 629). On paper the gap is the chip - a Dimensity 9400 without the plus that the Find X8s carries. (629 JOD · estimate) full comparison ›
- Realme GT 8 — The Realme GT 8 is cheaper (≈ 599) and inverts the whole premise: a 7000mAh battery, a 6.79-inch screen at 144Hz and a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5. There is one concession, and here it is the decisive one - you abandon the one-handed phone idea entirely. (599 JOD · estimate)

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
If the first condition is a phone you can work one-handed without surrendering a full camera set, few devices combine the two the way the Find X8s does at ≈ 619. The plain limit is what comes attached: a 6.32-inch screen capped at 120Hz, and an imported Chinese-market handset running Chinese software with no local dealer warranty behind it.

What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 5,700 mAh — a large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 80W — among the fastest around (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: AMOLED 1.5K, 6.32-inch — above-FHD resolution; OLED means true blacks and high contrast.
Camera: 50+50+50 MP (3 lenses) plus a 32 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- Three 50MP rear lenses: an f/1.8 24mm-equivalent main with OIS, an f/2.0 15mm-equivalent 120-degree ultra-wide with autofocus, and an f/2.8 85mm-equivalent telephoto with OIS
- 5700mAh typical (5560mAh rated) inside a 6.32-inch body, with 80W wired, 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging
- MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ with eight cores to 3.73GHz, an AMOLED panel at 2640x1216 and 460 PPI, and IP68 protection
Cons
- A China-only launch: the equivalent address on OPPO's English site returns a missing page, so it is an import with no regional warranty and the Chinese ColorOS build
- The refresh ceiling stops at 120Hz, while rivals at the same money reach 144Hz - the Realme GT 8 and the Nubia RedMagic 11 Pro among them
- A 6.32-inch panel is small for heavy video or gaming, and OPPO's own page states that the 32MP selfie camera has no autofocus
