Phones from JOD 100 to 150 in Jordan: What You Gain and What You Give Up

440 phones on the site are priced between JOD 101 and 150, and the band's median performance index is 46 out of 100. This is the tier where you start compromising deliberately, rather than compromising on everything.

Between JOD 101 and 150 there are 440 devices on the site, with a median performance index of 46 out of 100. Vivo is the most represented brand here with 58 devices, followed by Xiaomi with 48 and Oppo with 44. What defines this band is that it mixes two completely different things: older flagships whose prices have fallen, and new budget phones. Choosing between the two is the entire story.

A note on prices: every price in this article is our catalog figure on the day it was published (8 Aug 2026), and all of the phones named here carry an unverified estimate, not an observed market price — many are 2021–2022 models or rugged phones that usually reach Jordan through importers. Each phone page shows its current price and whether it is observed or estimated; for up-to-date picks that put observed prices first, see Best phones under JOD 150.

Performance: four-year-old flagships

The highest performance figures in the band all belong to older flagships: - Lenovo Legion Y70 — JOD 149, index 77, the highest in the band. Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, a 6.67-inch OLED FHD+ screen at 144Hz, a 5,100 mAh battery with 33W charging, 8GB of RAM, released in 2022. - Tecno Phantom X2 — JOD 145, index 74. Dimensity 9000, a 6.8-inch curved AMOLED screen at 120Hz, a 5,160 mAh battery with 45W charging, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, a 64+13+2 camera and a 32MP front camera, released in 2022. - OnePlus 9 — JOD 129, index 68, and the cheapest phone at this level. Snapdragon 888, a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen at 120Hz, a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W charging, a 48+50+2 camera, released in 2021.

The trade-off here is out in the open: all of these are 2021 and 2022 devices. A four-year-old battery is not what it was on day one, and system updates have either stopped or are close to it. In exchange you get an AMOLED screen, fast charging and performance you will not find on a new phone at the same price. The Vivo iQOO Neo 6 at JOD 149 is another example of the same equation: index 72 and 80W charging, but a 4,700 mAh battery and a 2022 release.

A huge battery or a 200MP camera

If battery life is your priority, the band holds rugged phones with unusual numbers: - Ulefone RugKing 5 Pro — JOD 125 with a 20,000 mAh battery, the largest in the entire band, 33W charging and 256GB of storage, released in 2026. But the performance index is only 24, on a Unisoc T7250. - Doogee S89 Pro — JOD 119, a 12,000 mAh battery with 65W charging, index 30, released in 2022. - Oukitel WP55 S — JOD 139, an 11,000 mAh battery, a 6.6-inch FHD+ screen at 120Hz, a 32MP front camera, index 40, released in 2025.

And if the camera is your priority: - Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G — JOD 145, a 200+8+2 camera, a 6.67-inch AMOLED 1.5K screen at 120Hz, a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W charging, index 42, released in 2024, the most recent of the camera picks. - Infinix Zero Ultra — JOD 115, a 200+13+2 camera with a 32MP front camera, 180W charging, a 6.8-inch curved AMOLED screen, index 44, released in 2022. - Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition — JOD 145, a 200+8+2 camera and 210W charging, the fastest in the band, but a 4,300 mAh battery and an index of 46, released in 2022.

What changes if you add JOD 50

Walk the band from bottom to top and the difference is easy to see: - JOD 105: Oukitel WP23S — index 18, Unisoc T615, a 10,600 mAh battery, a 6.52-inch FHD+ screen at 60Hz. Toughness and battery, nothing more. - JOD 125: Moto G 2026 — index 40, Dimensity 6300, a 6.7-inch screen at 120Hz, a 5,200 mAh battery with 18W charging, released in 2026. - JOD 135: Infinix Hot 70 — index 46, exactly the band's median. Helio G100 Ultimate, a 6,000 mAh battery with 45W charging, 8GB of RAM, released in 2026. - JOD 149: Lenovo Legion Y70 — index 77 and an OLED screen at 144Hz.

The bottom line: at the low end of the band, JOD 105 to 125, you are paying for battery and durability. At the top end, JOD 135 to 149, you are paying for performance and the screen. Going from an index of 18 to an index of 77 across JOD 44 is the steepest jump you will find in any band, so if you are sitting at JOD 110 and are not in a hurry, wait and save for the top of the tier. If you are in a hurry, ask yourself one question: do you want a phone that keeps running, or a phone that runs fast? This band will not give you both at once.
