Overview
The Honor 300 Pro is a mid-range phone from Honor, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 399 (about $565) — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: ultra-fast 100W charging, and its sharp, bright display. Its chipset is mid-tier (71/100 on our spec-based index) — the usual class for social media, video, photos and light games.
Performance-index rank: #44 of 234 Honor phones we list.
Why consider it?
Honor's sheet gives the Pro a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with Adreno 750 graphics - flagship silicon rather than a mid-tier part - alongside a quad-curved 6.78-inch screen, three rear cameras and 100W wired plus 80W wireless charging.
Who it suits
A buyer who wants most of what the 300 series offers without paying the Ultra premium.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone chasing long-range zoom: Honor's own footnote reserves the periscope lens for the Ultra.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
The headline fact here is that the phone carries stronger silicon than its position in the range implies. Honor's official table states a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with Adreno 750 graphics and a core layout of 1x Cortex-X4 at 3.0GHz, 5x Cortex-A720 at 2.95GHz and 2x Cortex-A520 at 2.0GHz - precisely the part listed on the 300 Ultra's page, and Honor pins it down with a footnote saying that processor is used on both the Pro and the Ultra.
That reframes the real question: what do you give up stepping down from the Ultra? The panel is the same quad-curved 6.78-inch AMOLED at 2700x1224, topping out at 120Hz with 3840Hz PWM dimming. The battery is the same 5300mAh typical, 5170mAh rated. The charging is the same 100W wired and 80W wireless with reverse output. The dimensions match almost exactly. Three things actually differ: the zoom lens here is a 50MP f/2.4 telephoto rather than a periscope, the fingerprint reader is optical rather than ultrasonic, and the special cover glass named on the Ultra page is absent.
Read the other way, against the plain Honor 300, the Pro adds a whole zoom lens, wireless charging and a chip from a higher class, which is what the ≈ 100 gap between them buys. The front camera is common to all three: 50MP at f/2.1, recording 4K. Software is MagicOS 9.0 on Android 15 in its Chinese configuration, protection is IP65, and storage runs 256GB or 512GB with 12GB or 16GB of RAM. Two smaller items sharpen the gap with the plain Honor 300: the Pro's shooting list includes a moon mode and telephoto picture-in-picture, both of which exist only because there is a telephoto lens, and its wireless table reads 802.11be with 2x2 MIMO where the Honor 300's stops at 802.11ax.
Alternatives worth comparing
- Galaxy S25 Edge — The Galaxy S25 Edge at ≈ 399 offers a Snapdragon 8 Elite and a globally sold handset with a support path that exists in Jordan, but its 3900mAh battery is 1400mAh smaller than Honor's 5300mAh. (399 JOD · estimate)
- Oppo Reno 14 5G — The Oppo Reno 14 at ≈ 399 is officially sold in the region and carries a 6000mAh battery, though its Dimensity 8350 sits a class below the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Honor specifies for the Pro. (399 JOD · estimate) full comparison ›

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
If the 300 series is what you are shopping for, the Pro is the sensible member of it: the Ultra's chip, panel, battery and charging for ≈ 399 instead of ≈ 479, with a conventional telephoto as the one meaningful concession - provided you accept a China-launch handset and verify bands and warranty routing on the unit before paying.

Phones JO index (spec-based)
What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 5,300 mAh — a large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 100W — among the fastest around (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: Curved AMOLED 1.5K, 6.78-inch — above-FHD resolution; OLED means true blacks and high contrast.
Camera: 50+50+12 MP (3 lenses) plus a 50 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with a 3.0GHz Cortex-X4 and Adreno 750 graphics - the identical chip listed on the 300 Ultra's specification page.
- 80W wireless charging with reverse wireless output on top of 100W wired; Honor's tables list no wireless charging at all for the Honor 300 or the Honor GT.
- Three rear cameras with three distinct jobs: a 50MP f/1.95 stabilised main, a 50MP f/2.4 stabilised telephoto, and a 12MP autofocusing ultrawide.
Cons
- The telephoto is a conventional lens rather than a periscope, and the quoted digital zoom stops at 50x against the Ultra's 100x.
- China-only distribution: the model page exists on the Chinese site while the same slug returns 404 on the global domain.
- An optical fingerprint sensor instead of ultrasonic, no mention of the reinforced glass Honor advertises on the Ultra, and a body that is 8.2mm thick at about 199g.
