Overview
The Infinix GT 20 Pro is a lower mid-range phone from Infinix, with the 256GB variant (new) observed from about JOD 219 (about $310) in local classified listings for new units on 30 September 2026; higher storage tiers are our estimate at about JOD 230 (not observed). Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: its 108 MP main camera, and its strong 32 MP selfie camera. Its chipset is mid-tier (65/100 on our spec-based index) — the usual class for social media, video, photos and light games.
Performance-index rank: #5 of 152 Infinix phones we list.
Why consider it?
The GT 20 Pro is the cheapest route to a Dimensity 8200 Ultimate with a 3.1GHz A78 prime core, paired with a 144Hz AMOLED, UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5X memory at 219 JD. The bill for all that is paid by the secondary lenses.
Who it suits
A competitive gamer who plays at high settings and cares more about frame stability and touch response than about having an ultra-wide lens.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who shoots wide landscapes or needs optical zoom — the two extra sensors are 2MP each and add no new focal length at all.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
What separates this from other phones at the price is not the chip alone. The Dimensity 8200 Ultimate is a 4nm part arranged as 1x A78 at 3.1GHz, 3x A78 at 3.0GHz and four A55 cores, with Mali-G610 MC6 graphics. What completes it is that Infinix paired it with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 3.1 storage, so there is no storage bottleneck of the sort you get when a fast chip is bolted to UFS 2.2.
On top of that sits a separate Pixelworks X5 Turbo display processor, whose job is handling frame rate and presentation rather than leaving all of it to the GPU. The panel itself is LTPS AMOLED at 1080x2436 with PWM dimming at 2304Hz — a figure that matters if cheap-screen flicker bothers your eyes.
The camera is a different story. The Samsung HM6 main sensor has an f/1.75 aperture and optical stabilisation and shoots 4K at 60fps, which is above its price class. But the other two lenses are 2MP apiece, and the 32MP selfie camera is fixed focus rather than autofocus.
It ships in 8GB and 12GB RAM versions, both with 256GB of storage, and Infinix advertises RAM extension up to 24GB — which borrows from storage rather than adding real memory. The screen fills 94.3% of the front and covers the DCI-P3 gamut, and slow motion runs to 1080p at 240fps.
The remaining details serve the same purpose: dual JBL-tuned speakers with Widevine L1, an X-axis vibration motor, an infrared blaster, Wi-Fi 6 and 5G. It weighs 194g at 8.15mm thick, runs XOS 14 in a GT-specific build, and has no 3.5mm headphone jack.

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
If gaming is the reason you are buying and you can live with a single usable rear camera, nothing at 219 JD gives you more silicon. The honest limit: sustained performance once the phone heats up, and how steady frame rates stay after half an hour, cannot be read off a spec sheet — and we have not tested this unit.

What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 5,000 mAh — a large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 45W — fast (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: AMOLED FHD+ 144Hz, 6.78-inch — an OLED panel (true blacks, higher contrast than LCD).
Camera: 108+2+2 MP (3 lenses) plus a 32 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- Dimensity 8200 Ultimate with a 3.1GHz Cortex-A78 prime core, alongside LPDDR5X memory and UFS 3.1 storage — a complete trio that is rare below ≈ 230 JD.
- 6.78-inch flexible AMOLED running up to 144Hz, 1300 nits peak brightness, touch sampling to 360Hz, plus a dedicated Pixelworks X5 Turbo display chip.
- 108MP main camera on a Samsung HM6 sensor with optical stabilisation and 4K/60fps video — an unusual combination in this bracket.
Cons
- Infinix lists 108MP + 2MP + 2MP, so in practice this is a one-useful-camera phone: no ultra-wide, no macro worth using.
- IP54 covers splashes and dust only, not immersion, and Infinix notes it is measured to Transsion's own laboratory standard.
- 5000mAh and 45W are mid-table numbers, and the 144Hz panel pulls harder on that battery the moment you run it flat out.
Where to buy it in Jordan
