Overview
The Infinix Hot 50 Pro is a budget phone from Infinix, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 90 (about $125) — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: its vivid OLED display, and its large 5,000 mAh battery. Its chipset is entry-level (40/100) — for messaging, browsing and video; heavy gaming is not its territory.
Performance-index rank: #28 of 152 Infinix phones we list.
Why consider it?
The Hot 50 Pro puts a 120Hz AMOLED panel and an in-display fingerprint reader into a bracket where LCD is still the norm, starting at ≈ 90 JD in our record. The fair question is what Infinix gave up to get that screen there.
Who it suits
Worth a look if you read and watch a lot and want an AMOLED panel, high peak brightness and a genuinely slim body for the least money — and if you still want a headphone jack and a memory-card slot.
Who should look elsewhere
Skip it if you need 5G, if you play motion-controlled games or use AR apps, or if the selfie camera is what you buy a phone for.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
The first thing to say about this model is that Infinix's Levant page shows a table that does not belong to it. What is published there describes an IPS LCD at 800 nits, 18W charging, a single 50MP rear camera and a 167.88 x 75.63 x 7.70mm body — those are, line for line, the figures of the plain Hot 50 (X6882), with only the model row changed. The sheet that carries model X6881 on Infinix Indonesia says something else entirely, and it is the one that matches our record: a 6.78-inch AMOLED at 1080x2436, stepping through 60/90/120Hz, 550 nits typical and 1800 nits peak, a million-to-one contrast ratio, PWM dimming at 2160Hz and TUV low-blue-light certification, in a 7.4mm body weighing 190g. The chipset is the 6nm Helio G100, two A76 cores at 2.2GHz alongside six A55 cores at 2.0GHz, with 8GB of RAM, 128 or 256GB of storage and a card slot that accepts up to 2TB next to two SIMs. The battery is 5000 mAh charging at 33W (10V/3.3A). The main camera is a 1/2.8-inch Hi-5022Q at F1.6 with autofocus plus a 2MP sensor, and the selfie camera is 8MP with fixed focus. Three rows deserve reading before you pay: the network is 4G only, the gyroscope row says no, and ingress protection stops at IP54. On the other side, the 3.5mm jack, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4 and the in-display reader all survived, on XOS 14.5 over Android 14.

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
If the display is what you are paying for, this is the cheapest published route to a 120Hz AMOLED with an 1800-nit peak, and the rest of the phone is enough for calm daily use. If you plan to keep it three or four years, the limit is written into Infinix's own table: 4G only, no 5G band listed, and a gyroscope row that simply says no.

What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 5,000 mAh — a large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 33W — standard (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz, 6.78-inch — an OLED panel (true blacks, higher contrast than LCD).
Camera: 50+2 MP (2 lenses) plus a 8 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- A 6.78-inch AMOLED at 1080x2436 running 60/90/120Hz, rated 1800 nits peak with 2160Hz PWM dimming and an always-on display
- 5000 mAh with 33W wired charging, and Infinix publishes a durability claim of four years and 1600 charge cycles on the product page
- None of the basics were cut: a 3.5mm jack, a microSD slot taking up to 2TB alongside two SIMs, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4 and an IP54 rating
Cons
- The band table lists no 5G frequency at all — this is a 4G-only phone at a price where 5G rivals exist
- Infinix's own sheet records GYROSCOPE: NO, and that absence shows up in motion games, AR apps and map orientation
- The front camera is 8MP with fixed focus, and the rear is one working 50MP lens plus a 2MP helper sensor
