Overview

The Mi Note 10 is a budget phone from Xiaomi, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 65 (about $90) — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.

Its main highlights: its 108 MP main camera, and its strong 32 MP selfie camera. Its chipset is basic (32/100) — calls, WhatsApp and light browsing, as a first or backup phone.

Performance-index rank: #210 of 354 Xiaomi phones we list.

Why consider it?

A 108 MP camera on a 1/1.33-inch sensor with a genuine stabilised telephoto beside it, in a phone that now sits near ≈ 65 JOD.

Who it suits

Someone who wants a curved AMOLED, a wide focal range and a 5260 mAh battery, and who photographs more than they game.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone needing sustained heavy performance or a memory card: the chip is mid-range and the phone has no microSD slot at all.

Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence

The Mi Note 10 was built as a camera statement rather than a balanced phone, and that explains everything about it. Xiaomi puts five cameras on the back: a 108 MP Samsung HMX sensor measuring 1/1.33 inches at f/1.69 with optical stabilisation, a 12 MP portrait lens with 2x optical zoom, a 20 MP 117-degree ultra-wide with autofocus, a 5 MP stabilised telephoto, and a 2 MP macro. Four flash LEDs and laser focus complete the arrangement, and stills top out at 12,032 x 9,024 pixels. That focal spread - very wide through to stabilised optical reach - is no longer sold at this end of the market.

The display belongs to the same ambition: 6.47 inches of AMOLED curved on both edges, 2340 x 1080 at 398 ppi, 600 nits in high-brightness mode, DCI-P3 coverage, HDR support and an in-display fingerprint reader. The 5260 mAh battery ships with a 30 W charger, and a Hi-Res certified headphone jack survives on the frame.

Then comes the compromise. The Snapdragon 730G is a mid-range part carrying flagship imaging, memory is 6 GB, storage is a fixed 128 GB, and there is nowhere to add a card. The phone shipped on MIUI 11 according to Xiaomi's own page.

On updates the published record is plain: the last monthly security bulletin to name this device was August 2022, and no support window or end date has been issued for the model since.

Alternatives worth comparing

  • Mi 8 Pro — For the same money (≈ 65) you trade the camera for the processor: a 2018 flagship Snapdragon 845 and 8 GB of RAM, against only two rear lenses and a 3000 mAh battery - under two thirds of what the Note 10 carries. (65 JOD · estimate)
  • Redmi 14C — A small step up (≈ 68) buys a 2024 phone instead of a 2019 one: a 6.88-inch 120 Hz screen and far newer software. The photographic cost is severe - a single 50 MP camera, with no ultra-wide and no zoom. (68 JOD · estimate)

Strengths and trade-offs in detail ›

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above

If your priority is imaging - a focal range from 117 degrees out to a stabilised optical zoom over a 1/1.33-inch 108 MP sensor - little else competes at ≈ 65 JOD. If you want a phone that keeps being patched, its last appearance in Xiaomi's security lists was August 2022.

What does that mean in plain words?

Chipset: Snapdragon 730G — basic tier (32/100): calls, WhatsApp and light browsing.
Battery: 5,260 mAh — a large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 30W — standard (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: AMOLED FHD+, 6.47-inch — an OLED panel (true blacks, higher contrast than LCD).
Camera: 108+12+5+20 MP (4 lenses) plus a 32 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Xiaomi lists five rear cameras: 108 MP with OIS, a 12 MP portrait lens with 2x optical zoom, a 20 MP 117-degree ultra-wide, a 5 MP stabilised telephoto and a 2 MP macro.
  • The 6.47-inch curved AMOLED runs at 398 ppi with DCI-P3 coverage and HDR support, and the fingerprint reader sits under the glass.
  • 5260 mAh with a 30 W charger in the box, plus a Hi-Res certified 3.5 mm headphone jack and NFC.

Cons

  • A mid-range Snapdragon 730G sits under flagship camera hardware, so the pictures outrun what the phone can comfortably carry under load.
  • There is no memory-card slot whatsoever - the table lists two nano-SIMs only - so 128 GB is the whole story.
  • At 208 g and 9.67 mm thick it is among the bulkiest handsets you will hold in this bracket.

Specification ambiguity: Some spec fields on this page (rear_cam, refresh_hz) could not be matched to the manufacturer's own page — either the maker does not publish them, publishes a different figure, or the name covers more than one variant.
