Overview
The Vivo S19 Pro is a mid-range phone from Vivo, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 315 (about $445) — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: ultra-fast 80W charging, and its sharp, bright display. Its chipset is in the strong tier (81/100 on our spec-based index) — on paper a fit for heavy daily use and most games.
Performance-index rank: #30 of 282 Vivo phones we list.
Why consider it?
Two stabilised rear lenses rather than one: a 50MP main at f/1.88 and a 50MP telephoto at f/1.85, alongside a 50MP autofocus selfie camera and a soft-light ring around the camera island - all in a 192g body rated IP68 and IP69.
Who it suits
Someone whose priority is photographing people: portraits, selfies and low light, and who wants a genuinely stabilised telephoto instead of a crop from the main sensor.
Who should look elsewhere
Not for anyone chasing the newest silicon - this is a Dimensity 9200+, a generation behind the chip vivo shipped the same month in the X100s - and not for anyone who needs a ready-made global software build.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
The S19 Pro belongs to vivo's Chinese S series, the line the company markets around photographing people. What vivo Jordan shows in this bracket is the V series, not the S series, and the only S19 Pro page anywhere is the Chinese one, carrying model code V2362A, a Chinese network-access licence and the domestic build of OriginOS 4.
The rear set is three lenses in a clear order: a 50MP main at f/1.88 with CIPA 4.0 optical stabilisation, then a 50MP telephoto at f/1.85 also optically stabilised, then an 8MP ultra-wide at f/2.2. Stabilising the zoom lens is what separates this phone from most of its price neighbours. vivo is not consistent about the reach of that lens, though: the product page states 2x optical zoom and a 50x ceiling, while the parameter table's zoom-mode row says front and rear cameras support digital zoom. That does not erase the telephoto hardware, but it does mean the optical-zoom figure is not backed by the official table.
The rest holds together: a curved 6.78-inch AMOLED at 2800x1260 and 120Hz with a 300Hz touch sampling rate, a 5500mAh battery at 80W wired, IP68 and IP69 protection, and LPDDR5X memory. One thing this series does not carry is any ZEISS branding - at vivo that stays with the X line.
Alternatives worth comparing
- Xiaomi 13 Pro — The Xiaomi 13 Pro at the same ≈ 315 JOD: a Snapdragon 8 Gen2, a spec index of 82 against 81, and three 50MP lenses. The trade is a 4820mAh battery against 5500, on a phone a full year older. (315 JOD · estimate) full comparison ›
- Honor 600 — The Honor 600 at the same 315 JOD is far newer, carries a 7000mAh battery and has a price we have actually observed rather than estimated - but it scores 66 against 81 on our spec index, and its rear set is two lenses (200+12) with no 50MP selfie camera. Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
Worth it at ≈ 315 JOD if portraits, selfies and a stabilised telephoto are what you are actually buying, and you accept a Chinese software build on an imported handset. If performance is your first yardstick, the ceiling is plain: this is last-generation silicon in a phone launched the same month as its successor chip.

Phones JO index (spec-based)
What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 5,500 mAh — a large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 80W — among the fastest around (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: AMOLED 1.5K, 6.78-inch — above-FHD resolution; OLED means true blacks and high contrast.
Camera: 50+50+8 MP (3 lenses) plus a 50 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- A 50MP f/1.85 telephoto with OIS next to the 50MP f/1.88 main, itself stabilised to CIPA 4.0 - two optically stabilised lenses is unusual at this money.
- A 50MP f/2.0 front camera with autofocus, plus an adjustable soft-light ring around the camera island that vivo calls a first for the S series.
- IP68 and IP69 together with a 5500mAh battery and 80W charging inside a 7.58mm, 192g chassis, behind a curved 1.5K panel with a 4500-nit local peak.
Cons
- The Dimensity 9200+ is previous-generation silicon: vivo launched a 9300+ phone in the same month, and the AnTuTu figure it publishes for this model is clearly lower.
- UFS 3.1 storage rather than UFS 4.0, and a USB 2.0 port - limits on both internal and external transfer speed.
- vivo's own two pages contradict each other on zoom: the product page promises 2x optical, while the 'zoom mode' row of the parameter table says the cameras support digital zoom.
