Overview
The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is a mid-range phone from OnePlus, with an unverified reference price of about JOD 289 (about $410), up to about JOD 349 for higher storage — also an estimate — an estimate, not a confirmed market price. Below is its full spec sheet with a plain-language breakdown, pros and cons, and how it compares to its rivals. We have not tested this phone ourselves; everything here is derived from published specifications.
Its main highlights: its big 6,100 mAh battery, and ultra-fast 100W charging. Its chipset is in the strong tier (88/100 on our spec-based index) — on paper a fit for heavy daily use and most games.
Performance-index rank: #7 of 62 OnePlus phones we list.
Why consider it?
It pairs a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with an equivalent 6100mAh dual-cell battery, 100W wired charging and a 2780×1264 panel — all of it read off OnePlus's Chinese specification table, the only official one published for this model.
Who it suits
A buyer whose first priorities are raw performance and battery size, and who is prepared to live with a phone built for the Chinese market, firmware and bands included.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who wants a versatile camera set or any optical reach, and anyone who needs the firmware and band support of an internationally sold version.
Performance, camera, display and battery — and the limits of the evidence
The only specification table OnePlus publishes for the Ace 3 Pro sits on its Chinese site, and every line below is read off it.
OnePlus names the silicon as the “third-generation Snapdragon 8 platform” — Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, built on TSMC 4nm, eight cores topping out at 3.3GHz, with Adreno 750 graphics. Spelling the platform out matters, because other phones in the Ace line run on a completely different vendor's platform, so the model name alone tells you nothing about the chip. Configurations start at 12GB of LPDDR5X with 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage and run up to 24GB with 1TB.
The panel is a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED at 2780×1264 and 450ppi, refreshing adaptively between 1Hz and 120Hz, with a stated 1600-nit full-screen maximum and a 4500-nit local peak, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 over it.
The battery is a dual-cell pack: 3050mAh at 7.78V, which OnePlus states as an equivalent 6100mAh at 3.89V, with a rated equivalent of 5940mAh — both figures come from OnePlus's own footnote. Wired charging is 100W SUPERVOOC, OnePlus puts a full charge at 36 minutes in its own lab, and the adapter is listed in the box contents.
Cameras, in order: a 50MP main wide at f/1.8 on a six-element lens with optical stabilisation and autofocus (24mm equivalent), then an 8MP ultra-wide at f/2.2 (16mm), then a 2MP macro at f/2.4, with a 16MP f/2.4 front camera capped at 1080p video. There is no optical zoom at all; digital zoom reaches 20×.
The rest of the table: IP65, a Type-C port on USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, an infrared emitter, stereo speakers and ColorOS 14.1 on Android 14 — with no wireless charging mentioned anywhere.
Alternatives worth comparing
- OnePlus 12R — At the same money (≈ 289) you stay within OnePlus but drop a processor generation: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and 5500mAh instead of the equivalent 6100mAh, with the same 6.78-inch 120Hz screen size and the same 50+8+2 camera count. (289 JOD · estimate)
- Galaxy S24 FE — Also level on price, the Galaxy S24 FE trades the other way: a clearly smaller 4700mAh battery, an Exynos 2400e and a 6.7-inch screen, in exchange for a third 8MP camera where the Ace 3 Pro puts a 2MP macro. (289 JOD · estimate) full comparison ›

Verdict — conditional on your needs and the documented price above
If the brief is the strongest processor and the largest battery at this level — ≈ 289 for the base configuration, ≈ 349 for the top one — OnePlus's own table backs the request with real numbers; the limit is that this is a phone built for one market, running Chinese ColorOS 14.1 on a published band list that excludes LTE Band 20, with no official specification page outside OnePlus's Chinese site.

What does that mean in plain words?
Battery: 6,100 mAh — a very large capacity by market standards. Capacity is an indicator, not a measurement: real endurance depends on the display, chipset and your usage, and we have not measured it.
Charging: 100W — among the fastest around (rated charging power; actual charge time varies with the charger and temperature).
Display: AMOLED 1.5K, 6.78-inch — above-FHD resolution; OLED means true blacks and high contrast.
Camera: 50+8+2 MP (3 lenses) plus a 16 MP front camera. Megapixels and lens count describe the setup, not image quality — real results depend on the sensor and processing, which we have not tested.
Pros & cons
Pros
- A Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 on TSMC 4nm, eight cores peaking at 3.3GHz with Adreno 750 graphics, alongside LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage from 12GB+256GB up.
- A dual-cell battery OnePlus states as an equivalent 6100mAh, with 100W SUPERVOOC wired charging and the adapter listed in the box contents.
- A 6.78-inch AMOLED at 2780×1264 with a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate, a 4500-nit local peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Cons
- Behind the 50MP main camera there is only an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro: no optical zoom of any kind, with digital zoom stopping at 20×.
- IP65 rather than a higher rating, a Type-C port running at USB 2.0 speeds, and no wireless charging anywhere in the specification table.
- It is a Chinese-market device: ColorOS 14.1, and the published LTE and 5G band lists are the Chinese version's, without LTE Band 20.
